The INEOS Grenadier was made available to customers in October 2022, having first been announced in 2019 by Ineos Automotive, an offshoot of the British multinational chemicals company led by Sir Jim Ratcliffe. The idea for an uncluttered, utilitarian 4x4 was conceived by Ratcliffe after the Land Rover Defender was discontinued in 2016. Named after his favourite pub in Belgravia, London, the INEOS Grenadier is an obvious nod to the Defender – but with a new twist. Boasting 3.0L six-cylinder BMW engines in petrol or diesel variants and bespoke 8-speed automatic transmission, the INEOS Grenadier is as arresting under the bonnet as it is to look at on the street. A powerhouse that prioritises function over form, yet still manages to look irresistible. With 50,000 people expressing an interest at its launch, the INEOS Grenadier has been in high demand from the start, and its future is secured with an electric version in the pipeline, set to enter production in 2026.

INEOS Grenadier Utility Wagon: A commercial vehicle at heart, the two-seat Utility Wagon is designed to carry cargo, with a full-length flat floor giving enough space to carry a standard Euro Pallet.
INEOS Grenadier Station Wagon: The flagship vehicle in the range, with five seats and enough boot space to provide the perfect balance of practicality and comfort.
Standard trim includes RECARO cloth and vinyl seats, heavy-duty utility flooring with drain valves, Pathfinder Off-Road Navigation, LED headlights, roof rails, with off-road and wading modes.
Optional extras include leather heated seats, heated exterior mirrors, a lockable central storage box, a compass with altimeter, and a leather steering wheel alongside safety features such as rear-view cameras and front parking assistance.
BMW 3.0L Turbo Petrol Straight-Six Engine: This engine has been designed to deliver high torque with power at low revs, producing 286PS and 450Nm of power and torque.
BMW 3.0L Twin-Turbo Diesel Straight-Six Engine: Delivering high torque for greater pulling power, this engine produces 249PS and 550Nm of power and torque, respectively.
